Once the product has been shipped from Japan, we will provide you with an email update on the status of your order.

For most of our leather items, we will apply our before leather care service once they arrive in Hong Kong to provide proper protection before being used.

After the product is shipped from our Hong Kong store, you will receive an email with a tracking code to track the status of your package before it arrives at the destinated address.
